Three roller calendar: According plate (sheet) material thickness, the use of oblique three rollers or vertical three-roller calender machine, three roller temperature control independent of each other, roll gap adjustment freely, in particular roll angle adjustable design, ensure pressure light effect and plates (sheet) material thickness uniformity.
Cooling roller bracket: Configure the corresponding guide roller cooling, the cooling effect is better. Comes with a cutting-edge devices to ensure that the plate (sheet) material length width and edge quality.
Transverse cutting machine: For length length cut, cutting accuracy of less than 2mm, using alloy or carbide saw blade, cutting the plate (sheet) material synchronization, thus ensuring the plate (sheet) metal section quality and long-term stable cutting action.
Rewinding machine: Friction rewinding, can also be based on user needs to provide other forms of winding.
